Common TENS machines are usually designed for large gel electrodes and the intensity goes up faster than expected with the small ear clip electrodes used in tVNS.

This synthetic load lead wire improves the output behavior of common TENS machines and causes the intensity to rise more gradually and improves intensity control when used with small ear clip electrodes.

This synthetic load was previously a built in feature with our tragus clip electrodes but is now offered separately.  You can use this synthetic load wire with our clip or other brand clips to achieve better intensity control.

Just swap the original lead wires with these loaded lead wires and enjoy better fine control of the intensity.

This wire set fits the EM-6300A and EV-820 TENS units that we sell, as well as many other common TENS devices.

Parasym users do not usually need the synthetic load as that device is already optimized for small ear clip electrodes.
